Naomi KUKANSAMI practises across all areas of litigation. 

She specialises in criminal law, family law, employment law, and immigration and asylum law.

In criminal law, she represents both defendants and victims at every stage of the proceedings, ensuring the strict protection of their fundamental rights.

In family law, she guides her clients through their most sensitive moments : divorce, parental authority, maintenance obligations with empathy and sound judgement, always seeking the solution best suited to their individual circumstances.

In employment law, she acts for both employees and employers in all disputes, whether involving dismissal, harassment or disciplinary proceedings, with a focus on efficiency and pragmatism.
