Maître Aurélia Cohrs assists large and medium-sized enterprises with their legal issues, with particular expertise in civil and commercial litigation, including debt collection and insolvency proceedings.
Maître Aurélia Cohrs also advises company directors on personal matters, particularly in their disputes between partners, in family law and inheritance law, taking into account the specificities of the Luxembourg legal framework and cross-border situations.
In labor law, Maître Aurélia Cohrs assists companies and their directors in managing labor relations and litigation before labor courts, both in an advisory and defense capacity. She is also involved in the drafting and termination of employment contracts, the management of individual or collective disputes, and the securing of social practices.
In real estate law, Maître Aurélia Cohrs provides both advisory and litigation services, with a particular focus on issues of liability of the various parties involved in construction operations and the implementation of legal guarantees. She assists her clients in expert assessments, whether amicable or judicial, and represents them at all stages of the dispute in order to protect their interests.
Finally, she also acts in banking and financial litigation matters.
